Weekly JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Powder Coating & Paint Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience within a manufacturing, production, paint spraying, powder coating, or industrial environment who are looking for a long-term position with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing products and components for the coating process. Assisting with powder coating and paint production processes. Loading and unloading products throughout the manufacturing process. Conducting quality checks on finished products. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Following all health and safety procedures. Supporting production operations as required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Experience with in powder coating, paint spraying, industrial finishing, or similar processes would be advantageous. Good attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and reliability. A flexible and positive attitude towards work.
