This company has a dynamic work environment with teamwork and trust. They are experiencing growth and are recruiting a Production Manager to lead and manage a growing team. The business supplies products worldwide with global brand names and is undergoing a significant growth period.

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of mechanical production staff to meet and exceed production targets and quality standards.
• Plan and organise production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor and analyse production metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and implement enhancements.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within mechanical production or manufacturing environments as a supervisor or manager leading a team.
• Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes, fabrication / tooling, and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Demonstrable experience of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
