Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:30

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join our client's busy depot in Bridgend. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Our client is a leading provider of plant and machinery solutions, supporting industries with high-quality equipment and exceptional service.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting with the organisation and upkeep of the yard
Cleaning, preparing, and moving machinery and equipment
Supporting engineers and drivers with loading/unloading
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times

About You:

Previous experience in a similar yard, labouring, or operative role is desirable
A proactive, hands-on approach with good attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexibility to assist where needed across the depot
