Why You Should Apply
An extra day off: You'll work a nine-day fortnight, so every other Friday is yours. Use it for appointments, family time or a proper long weekend away, without touching your holiday.
Opportunity to develop: As Senior Manufacturing Technician, you'll be the go-to person when a test doesn't go to plan, and you'll help train the team.
A permanent home: This is a permanent position with an award-winning South Wales manufacturer that wants someone to settle in and make the role their own for the long term.
Days only: No more nights or afternoons; you'll work days only!
A team people choose to stay: Staff turnover here is very low. Many of the current team worked their way up from production roles, and the business has been trading for nearly 30 years.
