Care First 24 in Wales is seeking an Adult Clinical Lead Nurse to support our expanding complex care services in the community. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care alongside our in-house clinical team.
The role requires a valid nursing licence, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in adult nursing, and Monday–Friday flexibility with some on-call responsibilities. Salary ranges from £41,000 to £45,000 per year.
