Fresenius Medical Care Bridgend Renal Dialysis Unit is seeking a Deputy Clinic Manager. You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team, champion best practice in patient management and ensure staff recruitment, support and appraisals.
The role requires an NMC Registered Nurse with haemodialysis and proven admin, leadership and clinical skills. It is a 37.5‑hour week with varied shifts; a competitive salary of £42,500 is offered dependent on experience.
