Adult Clinical Lead:

Care First 24, is an award-winning care provider now in Wales. We're urgently recruiting a Adult Clinical Lead to support our expanding complex care services in the community.

Our ethos is “Care First – Always”. We’re passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex needs and their families.

Above all, we’re on the hunt for a dedicated and compassionate Adult Clinical Lead to join our growing team. You will be supported by our in-house Clinical team who are experienced in delivering solid care for adults requiring complex care and their families.

Shifts

Monday to Friday flexibility is required

Responsibilities
:
  • Act in a professional manner and adhere to the NMC code.
  • Support the registered manager in providing leadership to the care and support staff
  • Oversee the placing of the right staff to the right complex care service user.
  • To deliver a professional and safe service & Patient Safety and Risk Management.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing and care staff
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients
  • To contribute to a regional or local on-call rota and cover for colleagues
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Skills:

  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in paediatric nursing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Proficiency in medication administration
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

This position requires a valid nursing license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Adult nursing.

Valid driving licence and own transport required
