We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at Mc Arthur Glen  Designer Outlet in Bridgend on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on outdoor role, carrying out general grounds maintenance duties to help keep the site looking clean, tidy and well maintained.

• Operating an on-site vehicle safely and responsibly
• Watering plants, flowerbeds and landscaped areas
• Leaf blowing and general site tidying
• Strimming and maintaining grassed areas
• Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties as required
• Keeping outdoor areas clean, presentable and safe
• Working safely and following site procedures

• Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience is desirable
• Full, valid driving licence is essential
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards

• £13.50 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• 7:30am start
• Temporary position starting 31st August
• On-site vehicle provided for work duties
