HAWK3 Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced NPI Quality Lead for a permanent role in Bridgend (CF31). The position is a senior, hands-on quality role responsible for overseeing quality delivery across the New Production Introduction lifecycle, from feasibility to production readiness.
You will build and own the NPI quality framework, including control plans, procedures, quality gates and processes for each programme. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualifications are advantageous.
