The Opportunity Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Chef Supervisor to join our catering team at HMP Parc, Bridgend (CF35 6AP
). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated chef ready to step into a leadership role.

You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day kitchen operation, supervising a team of chefs and working alongside enhanced inmates, helping to ensure the unit runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

• Full‑time role - 35 hours per week
• Monday to Sunday working pattern, with alternate weekends off
• Daytime shifts between 7am and 6pm

• Supervising and supporting chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver meals three times a day
• Preparing and serving quality food within a pre‑ordered menu structure
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance
• Completing relevant paperwork and due diligence accurately
• Supporting a positive kitchen culture and confidently managing challenges when they arise
• Completing any required training to support the role.

• UK residency for the past 5 years with legal right to work
• Ability to pass full DBS and security vetting
• Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience
• Relevant culinary qualification
