, to lead the main kitchen on a rolling rota, delivering ~1,800 meals daily with focus on quality and safety.
The role supervises prisoner workers, ensures security and high standards of hygiene, and offers pensions, holidays, and progression within a supportive team. Shifts are 7:00am–5:00pm, 35 hours per week, five days from seven with alternate weekends off.
