Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Joules, focusing your energy on understanding the store targets and deliverables and creating a shopping experience that meets our customers' needs and reflects the unique Joules brand. You will work as part of a team, ensuring that both shop‑floor and back‑of‑house operational standards are maintained at all times. You will be passionate about doing tasks better and realising your retail potential throughout the day.

In addition, you will provide friendly, welcoming customer service, combine expert product knowledge with a welcoming approach, and contribute to an amazing shopping experience for each visitor. You will maintain the high standards of retail operation and support your team in achieving store targets.
