# Clothing and Accessory Assistant Job available in Bridgend We are looking for a Motorcycle Clothing/Accessory Sales assistant to join our busy and exciting sales team at CMC Thunder Road in Bridgend.

You will be selling some of the markets leading and most popular motorcycle clothing brands. As a forward-thinking business, we are looking for individuals who possess a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role from within either the motorcycle or retail clothing sector but please don't be put off if you haven't. The driving force for us is someone who loves motorcycles and all thing on 2 wheels.

Training is available to further your knowledge and give our customer the best possible service and advise. We believe this is the key to our success over the years.

* To accommodate the requirements of customers in a professional and courteous manner through telephone and direct contact.
* To observe the Company and statutory regulations in respect of Health and Safety Policy.
* Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and housekeeping within your area of responsibility.
* Ensure that all key performance indicators and targets set by the store manager are met.
* Deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer service to ensure repeat business.## Remuneration / Benefits
* Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. £28,994.00-£35,000.00.
