Job Overview

As an inspirational leader and activist, with enthusiasm for the brand and a strong connection to its purpose, you will partner with the Shop Manager to drive the store and your team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results and an engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Shop Manager to drive the store and your team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results and an engaging customer experience.
  • Lead and work as part of a successful, engaged team to best meet the needs of customers.
  • Help shape a customer‑focused store experience by supporting the Shop Manager in driving customer engagement through products, campaigns and activism.
  • Problem‑solve effectively and proactively using available resources.
  • Communicate effectively and act as a flexible, responsible role‑model to your team.
  • Ensure development of customer loyalty to further build the brand.
  • Work with the Shop Manager to meet sales and performance targets.
  • Manage stock, monitor and manage change.
  • Use the data (KPIs) provided to make sound commercial and business decisions to successfully drive sales and team performance.
  • Identify and attract high‑potential candidates and develop current team members to succeed in their goals.
  • Provide flexible and responsible leadership while maintaining a positive store culture.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role with people leadership and team development.
  • Ability to meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture.
  • Outstanding problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Experience using data (KPIs) to make sound business decisions preferred.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interest in and passion for learning about the beauty market, competitors and product knowledge.
Working Conditions
  • Flexible hours, including holidays, nights and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Required to work across Sunday to Saturday.
