We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner that is rapidly expanding its Dynamics 365 practice. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to join their commercial team.
The RoleThis is a strategic sales position focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for D365 solutions. You will work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to position high-value solutions that support digital transformation for mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business sales across the Dynamics 365 portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across target clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with Microsoft on joint go-to-market initiatives
- Prepare and present tailored proposals that address client pain points and deliver measurable value
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Track record of success selling ERP or CRM solutions (preferably D365)
- Strong commercial acumen and a consultative approach to sales
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-making at C-level
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
