Car Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Bridgend area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client!

Working within a franchise-approved car dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a Prestige Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service.

Benefits for the successful Car Sales Executive:

Start basic salary of £18,000 per annum with an initial 3-month salary guarantee.
Performance-related commission earned providing an uncapped on-target earnings of around  £45,000 per annum.
Personal company car.
22 days annual holiday allowance plus 8 bank holidays (any bank holidays worked, you shall gain a day off in lieu).
Holiday pay is paid on a 90-day average of your wages, not at your basic salary rate.
Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training.

9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 weekends (Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm). You will receive one scheduled day off in the week when you work a weekend.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling
Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service
Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives
Meeting Car Sales Targets
Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories.

For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £45000 per annum.

It is essential that you hold a current UK driving Licence and have a real passion for Car Sales and the Motor Trade.
