Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a German Speaking Business Development Executive to join an expanding European team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, generating opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.

• Maintain, update, and expand the customer database through proactive prospecting.
• Identify and target new contacts within assigned accounts and industry sectors.
• Conduct online research, cold calling, direct outreach, and email campaigns.
• Engage with decision-makers across target organisations.
• Generate new business opportunities across European markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and convert them into opportunities.
• Work with senior team members to progress and close leads.
• Provide reporting on sales pipeline activity.
• Participate in meetings with the wider global team.
• Travel occasionally within Europe for client meetings and exhibitions.
