Overview

Used Motorcycle Buyer opportunity in Bridgend. Our client, a franchise-approved motorcycle dealership in the Bridgend area, is seeking a Buyer to join their team.

• Source quality used motorcycles for the showroom, with a target to buy 380+ bikes per year by dealing with the general public and traders.
• Maximise profitability of motorcycle sales using available systems; meet key performance indicators and targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Deliver and maintain high levels of customer service to ensure repeat business; build and maintain relationships with traders and local dealers.
• Assist with moving bikes, loading and unloading a van, and driving a four-metre sprinter as required.
• Utilise computers and administrative systems as part of day-to-day duties.

• Strong understanding of automotive vehicle buying/sales, specifically motorcycles.
• Good communication skills and an enthusiasm for motorcycles.
• UK motorcycle licence with minimal points.
• Comfortable with moving bikes, loading/unloading, and driving a van; polite, outgoing, and able to work as part of a team.

• Hours:
  
  5-day week;
  Tuesday to Saturday, 8:45am to 6:00pm.
• Salary: £28,500 per annum plus monthly bonuses; estimated £40,000 on-target earnings.
