Car Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-franchise dealership located in Bridgend, for the position of Car Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional seeking to join a dynamic team and work with a well-known car brand.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

Selling new and used vehicles to customers, understanding their needs and providing expert advice
Promoting add-ons, accessories, finance, and insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
Managing customer expectations regarding delivery times and updating clients on progress
Resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently as a Car Sales Executive
Collecting payments and explaining warranties and after-sales service arrangements
Introducing customers to the Service Department and demonstrating vehicle features
Building lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintaining accurate and detailed sales records and reports

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Recent experience in car sales, preferably within a franchise-approved dealership
Strong sales-driven attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
UK driving licence with minimal points
Positive, proactive, and helpful demeanour
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated drive to achieve and surpass sales targets
Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work Monday to Saturday, including late finishes and occasional early finishes
