Business Development / Account Manager – responsible for expanding Riverside’s sales across Air Conditioning/Chillers, Commercial Heating, Electrical Installation/Maintenance, Building Services/Maintenance, Renewable Energy, and Statutory Compliance.

• Increase sales with current clients.
• Proactively develop new customers.
• Coordinate with Managers to agree target markets.
• Follow up on quotations and address customer enquiries.
• Seek new opportunities/clients and collaborate with Department Managers to provide professional quotations/responses.
• Maintain a presence on social media platforms.

• Proven track record in sales.
• 3+ years of development experience preferably within the industry.
• Strong customer portfolio.
• Self‑motivated and enthusiastic.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Forward planner, highly organised, able to handle multiple customers at different stages of the sales process.
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
• Multi‑tasking ability.
• Understanding of social media.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Valid driving licence (no more than six points).
• Positive attitude towards customer service.
