UK Trade Sales Manager
Scope of the Role:
As the UK Trade Sales Manager, you will lead and grow the company’s trade sales activities across the UK. Your focus will be on establishing and expanding relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts while developing and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow B2B trade sales across the UK.
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce trade partners.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the region.
- Monitor sales performance and trends, providing detailed reporting and actionable insights.
- Negotiate and close trade deals that drive profitability and long‑term partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align regional promotions, launches, and merchandising strategies.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, tournaments, and partner meetings across the UK.
- Strong Commercial acumen.
- Account Management experience managing multiple large and important accounts.

- Communication Skills – written and verbal.
- Must be organised and be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Excellent people management and skills – being able to develop strong internal & external relationships.

- Proficient IT skills.
- Project Management: strong Planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or trade sales management, ideally in sporting goods, FMCG, or similar sectors.
- Strong network of contacts in retail and distribution, particularly in sports or leisure goods.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the UK
- Passion for or knowledge of the darts industry or niche sports markets.
