Qualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities with the Social Care industry in Haringey.

• Case Load Management
• Completing reviews and assessment
• Working alongside other agencies
• Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable adults
• Promoting service users choices, control and independence
• Supporting service users to live safely and independently in their own homes
• Assessing and reviewing existing service users placed in care homes
• Reviewing residential, nursing home or day centre placements
• Working effectively with other professionals

• Post qualifying experience of working as aQualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Team within the UK Social Care industry.

• SWE Registration
• 1-2 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
