Role Overview

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Social Worker for the West Integrated Network. This role is essential for ensuring safe and effective social work practice within the West Network, particularly during a period of significant staffing pressure. The post is a key frontline position within the Social Services and Wellbeing Directorate, focused on delivering core statutory functions.

Requirements

Registration:
Must be a Registered Social Worker.

Compliance:
Requires a Criminal Records (DBS) check.

Driving: A clean driving license is essential for this position.

Experience:

Experienced staff are required to support the team due to current vacancy levels and competency concerns.
