Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the 15+ Team. This team works to ensure young people are supported during their transition into adulthood, providing comprehensive assessments and developing Pathway Plans. The successful candidate will receive ongoing mentoring and training, including in the Signs of Safety methodology.
The position is full time, with a salary range of £37,280 to £46,142 per annum and includes a relocation package up to £8,000. Additional benefits and a supportive environment await the right individual.
