First Co-Ordinator

This is a Housing First Coordinator role based in our Housing First Service, Bridgend. Working alongside the Manager, the Housing First Coordinators provide essential housing support to our diverse group of customers. Managing your own caseload, you will work directly and provide support to people who are sleeping rough on the streets and who may be dealing with problematic behaviour or complex needs.

Using housing and support assessments and collaborating with external agencies, the aim is to get them off the streets, into a tenancy and empower them to maintain their tenancy and live independently. Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential. A full UK Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle are essential for the role.

One part‑time Housing First Coordinator in a Housing First Service in Bridgend. The working pattern for the role is predominantly Monday - Friday with weekend support, with flexibility required based on the needs of the service.
