Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a motivated individual who has a passion for ensuring children, young people and their family's needs are being met at an early stage, preventing issues escalating to the point that statutory services are required.

Your experience as a professional involved in education, social care or the voluntary sector will allow you to work closely with a variety of staff across health, police, education and social care to improve outcomes for children, young people and families who have been identified as in need of Early Help support. You will work within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub within the Early Help Screening team providing children, young people and families with expert advice, information and assistance.

This is an opportunity to develop your skills in working with children, young people and their families. If you have the necessary professional knowledge supported by experience, we look forward to hearing from you.
