Bridgend County Borough Council is recruiting Senior Practitioners within Locality Teams across three community hubs. The role supports services ranging from early help to intensive provision for families with complex needs, including care-leaver pathways and disability services.
You will join a supportive, supervision-focused environment with training on the Signs of Safety model. Care experience and a DBS check are required;
Welsh language ability is a stated requirement for this post.
