Fitness Coach

• Engage with members to ensure they receive a world-class member experience on every visit to JD Gyms, uphold the highest cleanliness standards, lead gym inductions, and teach engaging group exercise classes.
• Deliver welcoming member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards; support prospective members with joining JD Gyms as required.
• Conduct club standards checks and ensure results are recorded accurately; maintain club cleanliness and brand standards at all times.
• Monitor service delivery through performance and member feedback; operate in a safe and legal manner; consider energy, environmental, and waste management issues.
• Analyze and present key data to support new ideas, initiatives, or proposed developments.

• Has a passion for fitness, health, wellbeing and helping people; embodies the JD Gyms brand standards and values.
• Enthusiastic and open to learning; able to adapt to different personalities; resilient and receptive to feedback.
• Flexible in approach to hours worked; enjoys being part of a hard-working team for members and the local community.
• Level 3 (EQF Level
  4) Personal Trainer qualification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to articulate the importance of a great member experience.

• Part-time employed by JD Gyms (12 hours per week) in 3 x 4-hour shifts, with a monthly salary.
• Outside employed hours, rent a monthly space and run your self-employed Personal Training business from the gym, with access to current and new member leads.
• Internal PT Business Support team to help you build and grow your PT business.
