Job Description

• Complete all aspects of audit engagements for financial institutions clients, including planning, execution, and status updates
• Review and provide feedback on staff work, ensuring quality control and mentoring junior team members
• Analyze client business operations to deliver insights and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain regular communication with client personnel to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships
• Participate in practice development activities and industry networking opportunities
• Support managers and directors with client billing, engagement budgets, and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with financial institutions clients
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audit procedures and work papers
