Job Description
- Complete all aspects of audit engagements for financial institutions clients, including planning, execution, and status updates
- Review and provide feedback on staff work, ensuring quality control and mentoring junior team members
- Analyze client business operations to deliver insights and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Maintain regular communication with client personnel to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships
- Participate in practice development activities and industry networking opportunities
- Support managers and directors with client billing, engagement budgets, and special projects

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, preferably with financial institutions clients
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audit procedures and work papers
