Position Summary

Position Summary:
The Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist provides front desk support at CIRI headquarters, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role assists with administrative and operational tasks along with the full-time receptionist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally; return messages and relay accurate information to the appropriate staff.
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or resources.
  • Maintain appointment calendars for Immigration Legal Services staff, schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with office logistics, including ordering supplies and supporting CIRI events as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and maintaining office organization.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Experience in a busy reception or front-office environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
