Position SummaryPosition Summary:
The Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist provides front desk support at CIRI headquarters, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role assists with administrative and operational tasks along with the full-time receptionist.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally; return messages and relay accurate information to the appropriate staff.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or resources.
- Maintain appointment calendars for Immigration Legal Services staff, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with office logistics, including ordering supplies and supporting CIRI events as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and maintaining office organization.
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- Experience in a busy reception or front-office environment.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
