Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Monroe
Enterprise Mobility seeks a dedicated full‑time Automotive Detailer. Starting pay is $17.50/hr based on a 40‑hour week, with a maximum of $19.50/hr the position is located at 75 Main St., Monroe, CT 06468.

- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: 7:00 am–6:15 pm (1‑hr break)
- Tuesday: 7:30 am–6:15 pm (1‑hr break)
- Wednesday: 7:30 am–6:15 pm (1‑hr break)
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 11:30 am–6:15 pm (1‑hr break)
- Saturday: 8:45 am–1:15 pm
- Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
- Wash, clean and dry the vehicle’s exterior – including cars, vans, and trucks
- Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings; verify customer items and register keep.
- Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
- Fuel and stage vehicle
- Inspect the vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or damage; pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions
- Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors
- Assist customers when needed; transport customers to and from the branches
- Help maintain overall site appearance; include general cleaning of interior and exterior of branch locations
- Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch location
- Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
- Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle; a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license is required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from this location
- Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
