Role OverviewWe are seeking two experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our expanding team. Based in South Africa, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, setting appointments, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate data within our CRM. This position requires a strong technical understanding of products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to engage business decision-makers in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate qualified leads through targeted research, outbound calls, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Gather and record key business information, including contact details, company size, decision-makers, and potential requirements.
- Schedule appointments for the UK-based sales team.
- Engage confidently with business owners, procurement professionals, and senior managers.
- Understand and explain our technical products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Track lead status, follow up promptly, and manage communication pipelines effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and reporting.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for lead generation, appointment setting, and data accuracy.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
- Strong technical background or the ability to quickly understand complex products and solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail with experience in data management and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency with Linked In Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools.
- Experience working with UK is an advantage.
