Introducing an excellent opportunity on the Connecticut shoreline to join Hartford Health Care's highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary Geriatrics team serving our patients at a "2024 Top Teaching Hospital" as ranked by Leapfrog Group, a national watchdog organization for health care safety and quality.

Role:
Inpatient Consultative service - join 5 other Geriatric providers in different settings to help with seamless patient transitions and helping out with Geriatric ED and Geriatric Surgery Verification

Location:
St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT

Schedule:
Full-time, weekdays only. Ask about our flexible schedule options!

Teaching:
Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call:
No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications

BC or BE in Geriatrics or Dual certified in Geriatrics and Palliative
