About the Role

We are looking for a skilled RF Hardware Design Engineer with strong expertise in PCB hardware design and testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF, high-speed digital, and mixed-signal PCB design, along with a solid understanding of the full hardware design lifecycle—from specification through validation. Experience with 5G LTE systems is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF and high-speed digital PCBs from concept to production
  • Create and refine specifications, block diagrams, simulations, schematics, and layouts
  • Perform validation and compliance testing (EMC/EMI, Telcordia, NTIA, Safety/UL, 3

    GPP, etc.)
  • Select, source, and integrate RF components to meet system requirements
  • Run simulations and trade studies to optimize circuit performance
  • Drive PCB layout activities (preferably using Altium Designer)
  • Use RF design tools such as Keysight Genesys / Pathwave and Ansys HFSS
  • Operate RF test equipment including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and VNAs
  • Develop or direct test automation for hardware verification using Python
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in RF, high-speed digital, and mixed-signal PCB design
  • Strong background in RF hardware testing, calibration, and characterization
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards
  • Experience with simulation software and PCB design tools (Altium preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with 5G LTE applications
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for RF products
  • Prior work in telecommunications, wireless systems, radar, or related RF applications
  • Proficiency in Python for test automation
