Job Description- Serve patients by greeting them and answering routine questions.
- Register patients and maintain records and accounts.
- Create a positive patient experience by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure efficient office operations and schedule appointments that provide timely, accurate, friendly, and clinically appropriate patient access.
- Respond to incoming correspondence from patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and others in accordance with patient privacy and safety standards.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent, OR a minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred.
- Relevant experience in a fast‑paced medical office highly preferred.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Positive, customer‑focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
