OverviewHartford Health Care’s Pharmacy System spans 8 inpatient pharmacies, 6 cancer center infusion pharmacies, 3 retail pharmacies, and an ambulatory care pharmacy department supporting more than 50 medical office practices. Pharmacists are embedded on medical teams to provide drug therapy advice, manage optimal medication selection, dosing, administration, and dispensing, and support advanced pharmacy software and resources.
