Certifications: BLS, CRT or RRT, ACLS, CPFT, NRP, PALS

Must-Have:

Must have Level 2 Trauma experience.

Draeger Vent experience required.

NICU experience preferred but not required.

Travelers should expect to rotate through all areas of the facility, including NICU and pediatric units.

Description:

Responsibilities include providing respiratory therapy services to patients of various age groups, including neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Candidates must confirm that they have completed all required training and are prepared to work with different patient populations.

This position involves working every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Candidates will need to demonstrate experience with high-frequency jet ventilators and neonatal oscillating ventilators.

Additional duties may include orienting students and new hires as needed.

Travelers should expect to float between different units in response to staffing needs.

All requests for time off should be clearly communicated prior to acceptance of any offer.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous acute care experience in a Level III NICU setting.

Candidates must be prepared to support all units as necessary based on the census and staffing requirements.
