TeamOur Network Services team manages the full spectrum of network infrastructure supporting Ticketmaster’s global data centers, contact centers, and Client VPN services. Responsibilities- Assist with network changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance in accordance with change management policies.
- Monitor network performance and availability, responding to alerts and resolving issues promptly.
- Support incident response efforts by participating in troubleshooting and resolution during outages.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations and processes to aid troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support deployments and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Participate in hardware lifecycle activities such as replacements and upgrades.
- Provide input for audits by supplying configuration details and assisting with remediation tasks.
- 4 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
- Capability to use AI to streamline troubleshooting, fill knowledge gaps, and script assistance.
- Familiarity with routing and switching concepts (OSPF, BGP).
- Experience with firewall administration (Forti Gate or Cisco ASA).
- Understanding of common networking protocols and high‑availability concepts.
- Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools.
- CCNA or equivalent experience is preferred; CCNP is a plus.
- Automation tools (Python, Ansible).
