Position OverviewOur client is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed in Georgia with a minimum of two years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling first‑party property claims, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities- Manage first‑party property claims litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all professional and ethical standards
- Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience (first‑party property claims preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload with strong attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
