Paralegal

Our law firm client in Fairfield County, Connecticut, seeks a full-time Paralegal with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for supporting multiple Attorneys. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively and expeditiously and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under tight deadlines.

• Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
• Manage complex litigation files
• Prepare pleadings
• Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
• Manage large amounts of documents and document productions

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in complex litigation
• Multiple jurisdictional experience
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program preferred
• Experience working with various aspects of large case litigation
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadline pressure
• Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as oral and written communication skills

$65,000 - 75,000 annually, depending on experience, skills and background. Benefits package, PTO, retirement plan, and more.
