Job Description
  • Conduct confidential investigations into allegations of violations of law, Code of Conduct, or company policies, focusing on matters that present significant organizational risk
  • Develop strategies and work plans for investigations, ensuring timely and thorough documentation of findings
  • Perform root cause and trend analysis to identify compliance risks and inform improvements
  • Recommend policy or training modifications based on investigation outcomes
  • Monitor completion of remediation actions and escalate issues as needed
  • Assist with the development of tools, templates, and processes to enhance investigation efficiency
  • Stay current with compliance and investigation best practices through ongoing professional development
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, forensic accounting, or auditing
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (JD, MS, CPA, CFE) preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and employees
  • Skilled at analyzing large amounts of data while maintaining a strategic perspective
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Compensation
  • Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
  • Additional compensation:
    Annual Bonus and RSUs
  • Compensation Package:
    Competitive base salary + annual bonus + 401k match
