Headquartered in Bridgeport, Connecticut and nestled in Fairfield County, Liberation Programs focuses on prevention, treatment, and recovery services for individuals and families impacted by substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. It was founded in 1971 and operates in several locations across Connecticut.
The organization has experienced rapid growth over the last several years and is now delivering services that result in $22M in annual revenue.
A search is being conducted to identify and recruit candidates to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is an exciting and transformative leadership opportunity. Its CEO, John Hamilton, is known throughout Connecticut and nationally as a leader in this field, and Liberation’s staff and Board are as passionate and caring as its CEO.
The amount of community support Liberation receives reflects how important Liberation’s services are to their communities and to the State.
