What You’ll Do
  • Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple commercial, high-end renovation projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Read, understand, and apply standard to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • Interface with clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through project qualification; conduct standard requests for proposals; complete bid analysis; and recommend resources to clients.
  • Lead project delivery resources and provide mentorship and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines. Report status and variances. Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
  • Implement change management routines to assess change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Identify project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate risks.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of projects and project management within the context of business results; may provide informal guidance or training to coworkers; may lead project teams and supervise assignments of lower-level employees.
  • Manage third-party project delivery resources/teams, including identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Prior experience working with high-end clients is helpful. Knowledge or experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, R&D, Pharma or other regulated environments is preferred but not required.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Procore, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
  • Ability to report to the client’s offices in Wilton, CT on a full-time basis.
