The Hotchkiss School seeks a Director of Leadership Giving to join the Leadership Giving team and build on momentum from a major campaign. The role requires forming strong donor relationships, securing capital, endowed, and planned gifts, while coordinating with senior leadership and Alumni and Development staff.
The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of over 100 major-gift donors, collaborate across departments, and drive fundraising strategy, including solicitations at $100,000 and above.
