Responsibilities- Provide accurate, safe, and patient-centric anesthetic care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough anesthesia apparatus safety tests and document anesthesia records accordingly.
- Ensure appropriate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold high standards of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, and commitment to patient care.
- Engage in projects to maintain and advance professional competency.
- Education:
Completion of Certified Nurse Anesthetist Training Program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists;
Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs. - Licensure:
Current State of Connecticut Nursing License, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in Connecticut, AANA Certification, State of CT RN and APRN License, ACLS. - Experience:
Clinical working experience preferred but not required. - Special

Sharp concentration, effective communication, calm demeanor, flexibility, and adaptability.
- CRNAs lead CRNAs in our organization. Hiring rates start at $110/hour for new grads; higher rates based on experience. Hiring bonuses based on 24-month commitment. Relocation assistance when applicable.
- Multiple positions available at Bridgeport Hospital and Milford Campus. Part-time (24-35 hours) up to full-time (36-40 hours) available.
