Position: Nursing Coordinator (RN) / Electrophysiology
About This Role

The Nursing Coordinator (RN) for Electrophysiology oversees clinical care coordination for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures. This role is ideal for experienced nurses with a strong background in cardiac care and leadership.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor departmental compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Provide both direct and indirect patient care to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Assist management with operational activities and nursing staff advancement.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery.
  • Perform quality assurance studies and assist with quality improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource to staff and external contacts on patient care issues.
  • Utilize decision making and problem solving to ensure quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements Education
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing;
    Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a progressive leadership or supervisory role.
  • Prior experience in electrophysiology or program coordination preferred.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current RN License in Connecticut.
  • Certified BLS Provider from AHA or American Red Cross.
  • ACLS certification preferred.
