Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility
Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing team!
Position: Full-Time RN Supervisor
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekends: NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED!
Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT
We are looking for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Responsibilities:Supervise and support nursing staff during the 7 AM – 3 PM shift.
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to nursing staff.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Active Connecticut RN license.
Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and standards of care.
