Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Skilled Rehabilitation team!
Position: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT
We are looking for caring and motivated CNAs who are passionate about helping residents recover, regain independence, and receive exceptional care in a supportive rehabilitation environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and other care needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Work collaboratively with nurses and rehabilitation staff to support residents' recovery goals.
Requirements:
Active Connecticut Nurse Aide License.
Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced rehabilitation environment
