HVAC Service Technician
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
- Work efficiently during standard hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in residential HVAC service.
- EPA Universal Certification
. - Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
- NATE Core Certification (Reimbursement available for those obtaining certification).
- State of Connecticut D or S license
