Plumber – Residential Services (Lead Plumber)

We are looking for a licensed plumber (CT Journeyman P2) with 4‑5 years of residential service experience to join our startup plumbing business based in Trumbull, CT. The role involves mentoring a team, delivering exceptional service, and driving performance.

• Lead the residential service team, providing mentorship and coaching.
• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
• Ensure high customer service standards and craftsmanship.
• Assist in dispatch, estimates, and scheduling as part of the support team.
• Collaborate on performance evaluations and continuous improvement.

• Current CT Journeyman (P2) plumber license.
• 4‑5 years residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
• Experience with Service Titan or strong customer service/sales background.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
